Midvale Paper Box is seeking an experienced Folder-Gluer Adjuster for folding-carton production.

Minimum requirement: 5 years of hands-on folder-gluer experience in the folding-carton or folding paper-box industry.

Equipment experience: Bobst and International gluing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust feeders, folding guides, belts, glue systems, and compression sections.
• Perform make-ready and changeovers for different carton sizes and styles.
• Read job specifications and check folding accuracy, alignment, and glue bonds.
• Troubleshoot feeding, folding, and gluing problems.
• Monitor production quality and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Relevant folding-carton experience and strong mechanical troubleshooting skills are required.

Midvale Paper Box is seeking an experienced Paperboard Die Cut Operator for our paperboard converting operation.

Minimum requirement: 5 years of hands-on die-cutting experience in the folding-carton, paperboard, or paper-box industry.

Highly preferred experience

• Zerand web-fed roll-to-roll die-cutting equipment
• Bobst or similar flatbed die cutters
• Web-fed paperboard converting
• Die setup and make-ready
• Stripping
• Registration and production tolerances
• Troubleshooting
• Quality control
• Folding-carton and paperboard production

Must be able to communicate in English.

This position is intended for an experienced operator. General machine-operator experience alone is not sufficient.
